Keshia Stephanie Lim
Principal, Founder
Keshia completed her BS in Architecture with honors at the University of San Carlos and earned her M Arch with distinction from the Bartlett School of Architecture at University College London. Although she graduated as a top-notcher of the Architecture Licensure Exam and ranked 4th place, architecture is only one of the many things Keshia is passionate about. Gentle and introverted, Keshia also loves music, songwriting, photography, pens and paper, and good conversations.

Junior Principal
Isabel studied at La Consolacion College-Bacolod, where she received the P.E. Marzoña Excellence in Arts and Design award for best thesis, manuscript, presentation, and oral defense in 2016. Isabel worked as a Senior Architect and Production Manager for two years at Maya Franco Design Group before joining San Studio in 2020. Isabel is quiet and has three cats, she also loves coffee, video games, music, and honest songwriting.

Architect
Sabrina, a graduate of Cebu Institute of Technology - University, has been a valued member of San Studio since 2019. With a fascination for architectural technical details, she loves seeing the big picture and being able to break it down into finer components. She particularly enjoys observing the inner workings of construction and witnessing her work come to life. Sabrina finds solace in slow days, music, matcha, and journaling. Despite her quiet and introverted nature, her empathy and sensitivity allows her to develop deeper connections with others.

Raul graduated from the University of San Carlos. Quoting Jane Jacobs, “new ideas often need old buildings”, Raul is most interested in architectural conservations. Raul is introverted and passionate; he loves baking, bullet journaling, reading books, and bamboo architecture. He is a self-proclaimed perfectionist, and loves the thought of adventure.

Hazel graduated from the University of San Carlos with a BS in Architecture. Designing spaces isn't just a job for her; it's a calming outlet for her creativity. Beyond her love for design, Hazel has always been passionate about music. She’s been an active member of the church choir since childhood, showcasing her talent as a skilled singer, guitarist, and pianist. In both design and music, she discovers a harmonious blend that defines her essence.

Adi graduated from Cebu Institute of Technology - University, and is passionate about interior architecture design, 3d rendering, and bringing spaces to life with her eye for aesthetics and functionality. Outside architecture, Adi is a loving fur mom, caring for her four-legged companion like her own daughter. Whether she’s listening intently or jamming out, music is part of her daily rhythm. Cafes are her sanctuary, finding solace in quiet moments alone and capturing life's essence through her phone’s lens. She also enjoys lively conversations with friends over coffee. Her love for photography and videography adds an artistic touch to her exploration of both everyday moments and architectural wonders.

Architect Intern
Jam, an architect intern and a University of San Carlos graduate, is an ardent lover of art in all its forms, from music and film, to visual art, architecture, and design. Her favorite part of architecture intertwines with her love for cinema, both showing how visuals, storytelling, and space come together to evoke emotion and create memorable experiences. Jam is dedicated and curious, finding joy in travel, painting, collecting trinkets, and the company of her dogs.

Meet LC, a University of San Carlos graduate and an especially talented painter whose artworks have been featured on magazines and exhibits. When he's not painting, LC’s either playing volleyball, hiking, or hitting the gym. He appreciates various forms of Japanese art, from the groundbreaking "Akira" and enchanting Studio Ghibli movies to the captivating manga illustrations of Junji Ito. He is also passionate about Japanese architecture, finding inspiration in the works of Kengo Kuma, Junya Ishigami, and Tadao Ando.
